Dr. Manfred Bobke-von Camen Dr. Manfred Bobke-von Camen supports the "euro-workscouncil" Training and Consultancy Net as a legal adviser since 2010. Bobke taught at German universities and in Japan. Since 1993 he has been a licensed attorney. From 1992 to 1995 he was Deputy General Secretary of the European Metalworkers' Federation (EMF) in Brussels and from 2004 to 2008 HR Director of Berlin Airports (on a proposal made by the German trade union ver.di). Dr. Reingard Zimmer Dr. Zimmer supports the "euro-workscouncil" Training and Consultancy Net as a trainer and legal adviser since 2004. She held a labour law professorship at the University of Hamburg since April 2011, before she directed for two years the Department of Labour and Social Law at the Institute for social and economic science (WSI) of the Hans Böckler foundation. She spent long periods researching in Latin America and in Spain and worked with the International Labour Organisation (ILO) in Geneva.
